UWAGA! Konferencja odbywa się w języku angielskim

Konferencja porusza kwestie powiązań między nauką, kulturą, sztuką, edukacją i polityką w sytuacjach i obszarach konfliktu, kładąc nacisk na rolę solidarności jako sprzeciwu i praktyki społecznego oporu – piszą organizatorzy wydarzenia. Wrażliwość i język sztuki współczesnej oferują obiecującą perspektywę w kontekście obecnego, doświadczanego globalnie i indywidualnie wielokryzysu oraz potrzeby kształtowania solidarności jako podstawy do jego przezwyciężenia.

Konferencja oraz towarzyszące jej wydarzenia artystyczne skupiają artystów i badaczy zajmujących się konfliktem jako fundamentem wspólnotowych form życia. W centrum ich zainteresowań znajduje się solidarność, stanowiąca kluczowy element relacji – a zarazem praktyka sprzeciwu i oporu w sytuacji konfliktu.

Projekt jest realizowany we współpracy z siecią badawczą Studies of Conflict, Art, and the Political in Education (SCAPE) w tradycyjnej formule konferencyjnej, w której uczestniczą zarówno naukowcy uznani na arenie międzynarodowej, jak i młodsi pracownicy naukowi (głównie doktoranci).

Wydarzenie ma charakter otwarty.
