The observation deck is situated on the ECS rooftop – 25 meters above the ground. The view from the deck covers the area of the former Gdańsk Lenin Shipyard, and the Old Town, as well as the Main City of Gdańsk. You can see the OHS Hall (where the historic agreements between the striking workers and the communist authorities were signed), the building of former shipyard management, shipyard cranes, the shipyard channel and industry facilities, Saint Jacob’s and St. Catherine’s Churches, and when visibility is good – the Amber Stadium, as well as many other buildings and landmarks.

The admission is free. The deck is accessible through all spring, summer, and autumn, and in winter when the weather conditions allow. A little advice from us: take binoculars or a telescope with you.

Please follow the safety regulations – do not climb on metal railings or to the other side of metal railings and do not lean out dangerously! As the old shipyard slogan says: “When you’re asleep and when you’re awake – H&S is never to break”.
